Shimon Tal
Bsc. Msc. Soil & Water Sciences
Founder and CEO of R.T.S. Water Ways. Since graduating from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion) Mr. Tal has acquired extensive professional experience in both water engineering and executive capacities. Working in water resources management, water supply and sanitation sector of Israel, for the last thirty years, he has experience in national and international water issues and bilateral and multilateral water agreements .
Between 2000 and 2006 Shimon Tal served as the Water Commissioner of Israel, he was responsible for the overall management (planning and regulation) of the national water sector and water resources
Tzuki Deutsch

Chairman and Partner - R.T.S. Water Ways Ltd.
Mr. Deutsch has served as the CEO of Mei Golan – the Regional Water & Agriculture Association of the Golan Heights. The association has built a reservoir formation along the Golan Heights supplying irrigation and drinking water to 27 communities. It supplies fresh water and treats waste water that is then reused for agriculture.
Mr. Deutsch is a founder of Kibbutz Geshur– a community agriculture farm with 1500 acres of crops , dairy and poultry and has managed the farm for many years as the CEO and the Chairman.
